1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Astartes Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Astartes Studio is an AI-powered creative studio that generates brand-consistent marketing visuals. The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate, analyze, and refine images based on your brand guidelines and prompts.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate images that are illegal, harmful, or violate third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use the Service to generate misleading or deceptive content
• Exceed your plan's credit limits through automated or abusive means

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of brand assets you upload and the creative prompts you write. Images generated through the Service are owned by you, subject to the license terms of the underlying AI models. Astartes Studio retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

6. Credits & Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each image generation consumes one credit. Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan and reset monthly (except for Free plan lifetime credits). Unused credits do not roll over unless specified by your plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Astartes Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
